Remote Support

A PMG IT Computer Technician will guide you through the process of accessing PMG's Remote Support Tool. Please follow the instructions below.
 
1. To begin, enter the 6-digit PIN code provided by the technician in the space provided and then click "Connect to Technician".

2. You will be prompted with two security warnings, please select "Run" at each prompt.
 
3. The technician is now able to control your computer remotely and will advise you of the next actions.
